Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the MERN stack and be capable of developing robust, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure the security and data protection of the applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
  • Maintain and update project documentation.
  • Building Microservices architecture pattern applications.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Knowledge of database design and management.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries like Redux.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client.
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
