Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven leader to oversee the daily operations of our aesthetic clinic. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow.
    • Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clinic services.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety, and quality standards.
    • Manage inventory, procurement, and maintenance of equipment and consumables.
  • Business Development & Sales

    • Drive branch revenue, sales targets, and profitability.
    • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.
    • Analyze local market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to run effective campaigns.
  • Patient Experience & Client Relations

    • Ensure high-quality patient care and client satisfaction.
    • Handle escalations and resolve complaints with professionalism.
    • Conduct patient feedback sessions and implement improvements.
    • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all patient interactions.
  • Team Management

    • Lead, train, and motivate clinic staff, doctors, nurses, front office, therapists.
    • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
    • Ensure proper staff scheduling, discipline, and work culture.
    • Support staff development through continuous training and guidance.
  • Finance & Reporting

    • Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
    • Prepare and present weekly, monthly reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Education & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Experience

    • 3-7 years of experience in branch clinic, hospital, retail management.
    • Prior experience in aesthetic, healthcare, wellness industry preferred.
  • Skills

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
    • Knowledge of clinic operations, compliance, and healthcare standards.
    • Sales-oriented mindset with business development acumen.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM, clinic management software.
