
Customer Care Executive

Anjela Mind Care Clinic is seeking a Customer Care Executive to manage client interactions, provide excellent customer service, and assist in scheduling and inquiries related to mental health services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients.
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, service inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate information regarding mental health services and counseling programs.
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with clinic policies.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department if needed.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns by engaging with potential clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Business Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or healthcare-related client support is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (as required).
- Strong empathy and listening skills to handle mental health-related inquiries.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and telecommunication tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in psychology or counseling services (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Experience in handling customer support for healthcare or mental wellness services.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹7, ₹12,000.00 per month
