
Customer Care Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Care Support Executive to handle client queries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves managing customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats, while maintaining a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Provide product/service information and guide customers effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic service.
- Assist in customer retention by maintaining good relationships.
- Gather feedback and share insights to improve service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred, not mandatory).
- Hindi and English language mandatory to speak
- Prior experience in customer service/support is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
