Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Care Support Executive to handle client queries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves managing customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats, while maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Provide product/service information and guide customers effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic service.
  • Assist in customer retention by maintaining good relationships.
  • Gather feedback and share insights to improve service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Hindi and English language mandatory to speak
  • Prior experience in customer service/support is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and customer-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
