Training Instructor for IWCF Well Control and IADC Well Sharp Courses

We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver IWCF Well Control and IADC Well Sharp courses onsite and virtually. As our instructor, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with global training sites and instructors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality course instruction of IWCF Well Control and IADC Well Sharp courses
  • Maintain and update Oil and Gas (O&G) course materials
  • Develop O&G courses and SIM snaps as per client requirements
  • Customise O&G courses and SIM snaps as per client requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in delivering IWCF WC and IADC WS courses
  • Holding following certifications:
    • IWCF Drilling Certificate – Supervisor Level 4 Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
    • IWCF Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
    • IADC Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
    • IADC Well Service & Workover Certificate – Instructor Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to design and develop new training programmes and modify existing curriculum to meet participant needs
  • Prompt feedback on training assessments, participant behavior and overall effectiveness of each training session
