Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with existing clients.

  • This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  2. Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to our valued clients, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  3. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone calls, ensuring timely payment and collections.
  4. Problem-Solving: Proactively address customer complaints and concerns, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
Requirements:
  • CRM Software: Strong understanding of CRM software and tools, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
