Digital Campaign Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies to drive engagement, awareness, and conversion.
This includes managing social media presence, content calendars, and paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to amplify the brand's online presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment
- Oversee graphic/video teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content
- Analyse campaign performance using data-driven tools and provide actionable insights to optimise reach and engagement
- Proven experience in managing digital operations for complex campaigns or projects
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, ad dashboards, and analytics tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) is highly desirable
