Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee governance frameworks, service management operations, and compliance initiatives in alignment with industry standards.

This role is responsible for ensuring alignment with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 standards by developing, implementing, and monitoring IT policies, procedures, and controls.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit processes, as well as excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement IT Policies: Create and maintain up-to-date IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Coordinate IT risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and regulatory reporting to ensure IT processes support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure IT governance frameworks align with organizational objectives.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Share knowledge of governance best practices, control mechanisms, and compliance frameworks with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, ITSM, Compliance, or Risk Management roles.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 frameworks.
  • Proven track record of policy development, audit readiness, and governance program execution.
  • Excellent understanding of IT risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
