Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Native water purifier product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and launch of new products, ensuring timely execution from concept to market.

  • Program Management: Lead projects from conception to launch, owning project timelines, cost targets, and quality metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing.
  • Product Development & Validation: Oversee prototyping, pilot builds, and validation testing, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Operational Readiness: Establish production readiness with manufacturing teams and drive cost optimization through value engineering and supplier development.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine NPI processes, tools, and best practices tailored for consumer appliance development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong program management skills, a deep understanding of appliance product development, preferably in water purifiers or home appliances, and hands-on experience in DFMA, validation testing, and regulatory certifications.

  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of plastic parts, filtration technologies, electronics integration, pumps/valves, and assembly processes.
