We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team at Gnapi Technologies.

Job Description

As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams while mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.

  • Lead the development of Flutter-based mobile apps for Android and iOS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Integrate APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
  • Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart (2-3+ years).
  • 4-7 years overall in mobile app development.
  • Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics).
  • Experience with REST API integration, JSON handling, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Published apps on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
