What You'll Do

● Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Expo.

● Work as a forward-deployed engineer, meaning you'll be integrated directly with product and operations teams to solve problems in real-time.

● Efficiently use AI-powered tools to accelerate code development, refactoring, and

debugging.

● Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

● Embrace a culture of rapid development, continuous integration, and fearless

experimentation.

● Self-Motivation: You take ownership of your work and are driven to find solutions

without needing constant oversight. You don't make excuses; you find a way to get it

done.

● Technical Skills: You have a solid foundation in React Native and Expo. You're familiar

with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and have some experience building and shipping

mobile apps.

willing to get your hands dirty and push through challenges, you won't last long here.

Qualifications

● 3-4 years of experience in mobile app development, specifically with React Native and Expo.

● Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, MobX).

● Experience with or a strong desire to learn about integrating and leveraging AI tools in

your workflow (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).

● A portfolio or examples of previous work (personal projects, open-source contributions,

etc.) are a big plus.
