ESG Reporting Specialist Role

Sustainability Expertise in Demand

Organizations are increasingly focused on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting to demonstrate their commitment to sustainability. We seek a skilled ESG Reporting Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of our ESG and sustainability reporting product.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ESG standards and frameworks, including BRSR, GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to research, analyze, and implement ESG data workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research & Framework Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of ESG standards, focusing on emerging trends and best practices.
  • Data & Reporting Support:
  • Assist in tracking regulatory changes and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Product Support:
  • Provide user feedback on ESG reporting product features and collaborate with the product team to test and validate ESG data workflows.
  • Documentation & Communication:
  • Prepare summaries, presentations, and insights on ESG frameworks, supporting internal knowledge base creation for sustainability compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, business, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards, including familiarity with BRSR, GRI, CDP, and GHG Protocol.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace, with exposure to ESG software tools a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability, climate action, and ESG compliance.
