About the Role:

This position involves leading the development and implementation of autonomous networks. The successful candidate will drive transformation initiatives that enable clients to harness AI, automation, and orchestration to build intelligent networks.

The role requires exceptional leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. The global leader for Autonomous Networks will define strategy, drive execution, and lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Set Vision & Strategy: Define Infinite's global Autonomous Networks strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and industry trends.
  2. Drive Transformation: Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions.
  3. Innovate & Differentiate: Champion next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
  4. Engage at the Highest Levels: Represent Infinite in global industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping industry perspectives on autonomous networks.
  5. Build World-Class Teams: Attract, mentor, and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  6. Collaborate Globally: Partner with senior executives, technology leaders, and ecosystem partners to design and implement transformative solutions at scale.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Proven Expertise: Proven experience in network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions.
  2. Transformation Program Leader: Track record of success leading global transformation programs for CSPs and OEMs, from vision to large-scale execution.
  3. Executive Presence & Influence: Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex global organizations.
  4. Business & Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to balance technology leadership with business growth outcomes.
  5. Educational Background: Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; executive leadership certifications a plus.
