At Toyota Tsusho Nexty Electronics India, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Legal and Taxation team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day legal and compliance support to the organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in legal document analysis, maintenance of logs, periodic reviews, and secretarial compliances. They should be able to effectively liaison with headquarters regarding documentation and legal requirements.

This position also involves reviewing agreements with vendors, SOPs/Authorization tables from a finance perspective, and supporting ICFR and dematerialization of shares. Additionally, the candidate will prepare compliance calendars for all legal and tax due dates and update on weekly basis regarding taxation and legal changes.

We require a Commerce/Legal Graduate with CA Inter/LLB/CS Inter qualifications. If you possess excellent analytical skills, strong knowledge of laws and regulations, and great communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this challenging role.
