Job Description

Sell life insurance products directly to clients by identifying prospects and assessing their insurance requirements. Utilize cold calling, field visits, referrals, and social networking to generate leads.

Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Maintain strong follow-ups with potential clients to convert them into customers.

Educate clients on various life insurance plans and recommend suitable options. Ensure accurate documentation of all proposals and policies.

Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required. Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer retention and referrals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in direct sales, preferably in life insurance, banking, or financial services.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
    • Ability to understand client needs and pitch suitable solutions.
    • Good knowledge of local geography and market.
