Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our ESG/Climate Change Data team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of 8-10 members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and monitoring operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 8-10 members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Monitor and manage team operational targets, conducting performance evaluations and driving professional development.
  • Have experience in corporate sustainability and climate change data, including collection and quality processes.
  • Conduct quality checks of ESG assessments, providing feedback to production analysts and analyzing stakeholder feedback.
  • Coordinate with support functions, including IT, HR, and facilities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in ESG ratings and data management.
  • Specific knowledge of dominant ESG issues and thematic trends.
  • Familiarity with articulating analytical viewpoints and working with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English, including oral, written, and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn new areas of expertise.
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Motivation and passion for ESG data and climate change.
