We are looking to hire a Team Lead in the ESG/Climate Change Data team with experience and expertise in ESG, climate change, and sustainability data. You will be responsible for managing and developing your team, monitoring and managing team operational targets, conducting performance evaluations, and driving professional development of your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 8-10 members.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on team operational targets.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, training, and drive professional development of your team members.
  • Have experience in corporate sustainability and climate change data (collection and quality process).
  • Conduct quality checks of ESG assessments to ensure quality requirements, providing feedback to production analysts, and analyzing feedback received from ESG stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with support functions (IT, HR, facility, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in ESG ratings and Data management.
  • Specific knowledge about dominant ESG issues and thematic trends.
  • Familiar with articulating analytical viewpoints and work with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English – oral, written, and comprehension.
  • Not afraid of new empirical challenges and learning a new area of expertise.
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Motivated and passionate about ESG data and climate change.
