We are actively seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Lead to join our team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for leading the entire content strategy, managing a talented writer team, and driving impactful digital and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy Leadership: Develop and lead the overall content strategy, aligning it with business objectives and audience needs across various platforms.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Manage a writer team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to foster their growth and ensure high-quality output.
  • Campaign Execution: Drive engaging digital and social media campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring content resonates with target audiences.
  • Ideation & Refinement: Actively brainstorm ideas for compelling content pieces and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track content performance meticulously using relevant analytics, deriving insights to optimize future strategies and improve engagement.
  • Trend & Technology Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest trends in content marketing, digital media, and emerging AI tools, integrating new technologies to enhance content creation and distribution.
  • Quality & Timeliness: Ensure the consistently quality of all content produced and guarantee timely delivery to meet publishing schedules and campaign deadlines.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration across teams (e.g., marketing, product, sales) to ensure content supports broader organizational goals and initiatives.
