Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the battery manufacturing, R&D, engineering, plant operations, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build effective sourcing pipelines for niche positions such as electrochemists, lithium-ion specialists, quality engineers, and gigafactory operations talent.
  • Develop strategic competitor mapping strategies to attract candidates from leading battery/EV companies.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs in line with growth plans and industry trends.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with labor, safety, and environmental norms in all hiring practices.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred destination for battery/energy professionals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 4-8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1-2 years in the battery/EV/energy storage industry.
  • Proven track record in technical and manufacturing recruitment.
  • Understanding of battery sector roles (e.g., lead-acid, lithium-ion, solid-state, R&D labs, gigafactories).
  • Strong sourcing knowledge (industry-specific portals, competitor mapping).
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
