Legal Outsourcing, Engineering Services, Healthcare BPO, Back-Office Operations, IT Support and Maintenance, Software Development, and AI are among the services.

We can create/use any type of system required to manage the services and customers.

Responsibilities include owning the sales/growth process, holding P&L, business objectives, and targets.

Experience identifying higher margin opportunities and helping the business pivot accordingly is required.

Building, mentoring, and motivating a professional, healthy, and accountable workforce is necessary.

Well-versed in defining career paths, building leadership, delegating responsibilities, controlling attrition, and ownership and delivery.

A Master's degree in Business Administration is a definite added value.

Good analytical, communication, attitudinal, and altitudinal skills, client management, team management, and negotiation skills are required.

Experience: 10+ years.
