Customer Service Representative Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer service representative where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and service to our clients via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints over the telephone ensuring first point of contact resolution.
  • Utilize sound judgment to make informed decisions within established procedures for each service request, including logging, processing, and tracking inquiries.
  • Manage and update customer interactions daily on an account-wise basis generated through workflows and queues.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in RCM/DME and strong verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent and good adoption to US culture. They should be professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic with active listening skills and ability to multi-task.
