The Job:
This position focuses on servicing wealth distributors to drive success. Proactive prospecting of risk appetite from National Distributors (NDs) involves placing fixed income products, including primary & secondary issuances, along with other wealth offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a clear roadmap for multi-product placement with NDs.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy targeting business partners, CIOs, and Heads of Products within the wealth management ecosystem.
  • IDentify and secure strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, asset managers, advisory firms, and fintech companies.
  • Coordinate product offerings and solutions with internal wealth management teams.
  • Manage sales cycles, ensuring compliance and strong relationships with partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, CA/CFA, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ND sales roles within the wealth management sector.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
