Senior Wealth Management Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Wealth Management Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional wealth management services to clients, including developing and implementing tailored investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and provide solutions to clients based on their requirements, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct timely and regular follow-up with leads, updating them on broadcasts and news articles, and fostering strong relationships.
- Expand the client base by meeting new clients, leveraging existing investors for referrals, and building Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Initiate portfolio reviews of existing investors in a timely manner, ensuring tailored investment strategies.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors, keeping them informed about market trends and opportunities.
- Share regular updates with investors regarding schemes, research papers, and industry insights.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team and product team to conduct regular marketing activities, promoting our wealth management services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Confidence and poise when presenting themselves and conducting business meetings with clients.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to analyze client requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to manage stress and work under pressure, maintaining emotional stability and a focus on achieving targets.
- Identification of opportunities for greater profit and growth within the organization.
- Adherence to guidelines and compliance regulations, with a commitment to documentation and transparency.

Others:A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning & Investment Advisory is required. Relevant certifications, such as CFA or CAIA, are an added advantage. Proven track record of AUM generation and a deep understanding of various wealth instruments, including insurance, FDs, mutual funds, PMS, and AIF, is also essential.
