Job Title: Farm Coordinator

Our company is seeking a skilled Farm Coordinator to serve as the key link between farms, suppliers, and the manufacturing unit in India.

This role involves frequent travel across India to identify and evaluate USDA-certified organic farms, coordinate raw material supply, manage vendor qualification, and ensure compliance with export requirements for the US market.

  • Identify and coordinate with USDA-certified organic farms and suppliers across India.
  • Conduct farm visits to monitor compliance, quality standards, and supplier practices.
  • Arrange and dispatch ingredient samples for testing and verification.
  • Support vendor qualification by verifying organic practices and farm documentation.
  • Manage MOQ negotiations, logistics, and supplier deliveries to the manufacturing unit.
  • Maintain detailed records, logs, and compliance documentation for US buyers and audits.
  • Ensure timely availability of raw materials for manufacturing in India to meet export schedules.
  • Communicate regularly with US-based management and buyers, providing reports on farm status, sourcing progress, and risks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
