About the Role:

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and teach comprehensive English language and literature courses to students aged 11-16.
  2. Establish a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
  3. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assess student performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date with best practices in teaching English as a foreign language and incorporate new methods into lesson planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English Language or Literature, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
