About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Creative Director to lead our creative efforts in managing social media content and advertising creatives across all platforms.

This role will also involve close collaboration with our photography team to provide clear briefs for new product launches and oversee the photography and videography treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative advertising strategies that resonate with luxury target segments.
  • Leverage expertise in digital marketing and creative storytelling to conceptualize and implement compelling ad campaigns.
  • Manage social media management, including creating and managing engaging graphic content.
  • Design eye-catching advertisements for various digital platforms, optimizing them for performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the photography team to develop briefs for product launches.
  • Oversight of design projects from conception to delivery.
  • Mentorship for website listing of images.
  • Maintain brand integrity throughout all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Trend monitoring and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong aesthetic skills with an eye for detail, color theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
