Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and update landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  2. Create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives that capture the audience's attention.
  3. Develop visually appealing infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles.
  4. Build mobile-friendly email templates that showcase our brand's personality.
  5. Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events that reflect our brand's image.
  6. Create sleek, professional presentations that align with our brand's visual language.
  7. Edit videos for campaigns and add basic animations to enhance digital content.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in design, preferably in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for daily design tasks.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
