Job Title: Software Solutions Specialist

About the Role:
This is a high-level position that involves developing and implementing software solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, excellent development and debugging skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
* Develop high-quality software components that are reusable, easy to support, and meet business requirements.
* Diagnose and resolve system failures caused by errors in software code.
* Provide input and technical content for documentation, user guides, and customer training materials.
* Conduct unit tests, track problems, and implement changes to ensure adherence to test plans and functional/non-functional requirements.
* Participate in code review sessions and contribute to the improvement of code quality.
* Analyze and design software mechanisms to improve code stability, performance, and reusability.
* Identify and implement process improvements in engineering practices.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in software design and development.
* Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
* Excellent development, debugging, automated unit testing, and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear technical guidance.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience with database design, MQTT message brokers, and performance optimization techniques.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies, continuous integration systems like Jenkins/Harness, and DevOps practices.
* Knowledge of cloud-native development, multi-threaded backend environments, and concurrent users.
* Experience with tools and practices like Perl, Bash, and test automation.
