Key Role: Senior Admission Counselor
About the Position:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Admission Counsellor/Inside Sales Executive to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily inbound and outbound calls from leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Provide expert guidance to students and working professionals on course details, career outcomes, and enrolment procedures.
- Develop targeted strategies to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales/admission targets.
- Lead, support, and mentor a small sales team to ensure optimal productivity.
- Monitor and report daily performance via CRM dashboards.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for seamless operations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in EdTech or B2C sales.
- Excellent communication and closing skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual.
- Leadership attitude to guide junior team members.
- BASIC knowledge of CRM tools, Sheets, and call tracking systems.
