Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Leader to spearhead our organization's financial growth and strategy. This position entails overseeing the entire spectrum of financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with senior executives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for various business units.
- Promote strategic decision-making by providing insightful analysis on revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Maintain vigilant oversight of financial performance against established KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Effectively oversee accounting, compliance, taxation, and internal control processes.
- Conduct thorough financial modeling and ROI analysis for new projects and investments.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to synchronize financial strategies with organizational objectives.
- Mandatory Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
- 12–15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis and business partnership.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Hands-on expertise with ERP systems and MS Excel.
