Pension System Analyst

We are looking for highly skilled Pension System Analysts to join our team. As a Pension System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of pension systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these systems meet the needs of our clients, providing accurate and efficient calculations for their pensions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing pension systems that meet the needs of our clients;
  • Developing and maintaining complex calculation models to ensure accurate pension payments;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions;
  • Maintaining and updating existing pension systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of pension systems and their associated complexities;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as PL/SQL or Python;
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Excel and Tableau;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
