Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Arrange for regular preventative maintenance and repairs for our facilities, including scheduling cleaning services and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Security and Hospitality: Oversee visitor access, maintain logs and filing work, and perform regular checks of our CCTV systems to review the need for maintenance and repairs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure communication lines with stakeholders, including management, clients, vendors, and landlords, remain open and strong by following established key operating procedures and scheduling regular meetings to understand their needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: More than two years' experience in facilities management.
  • Skills: Service excellence, budgeting, facilities security, excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred but not required.
