Job Overview:

We seek a skilled Mergers and Acquisitions professional to lead deal teams, manage client relationships, and oversee transaction execution from origination to closing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Leadership: Execute end-to-end M&A transactions, including deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic advice on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising, aligning with clients' long-term goals.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial modelling and valuation analysis, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures meeting client objectives while maximizing value. Oversee negotiations of terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (legal, tax, and regulatory) to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance
  • 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
