Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.

  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely completion of reconciliations, including bank, vendor, customer, inter-company, and other types of reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management information reports, and monthly closing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve smooth financial processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
  • Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) with 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance, including proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems, preferably SAP or Tally.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in finance and accounting, such as CFA or ACCA.
  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
