Senior Structural Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and execution of mission-critical projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural analysis, design, and project management, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the structural design of projects from the conceptual phase through completion, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Review geotechnical reports, vendor drawings, and fabrication drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Advise clients on structural requirements to ensure they meet safety codes and operational needs.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, monitoring all key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, supporting manpower planning, and conducting performance appraisals to foster career growth.
  • Ensure adherence to QA/QC processes and all company and site safety policies.
Qualifications & Skillsets:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience, preferably in EPC project experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce accurate work.
  • Strong team player with excellent people management skills.
  • Dynamic personality who is eager to learn and committed to a long-term role.

The ideal candidate will be willing to travel to support inter-departmental initiatives. This role requires a collaborative leader with a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills.
