As a Google Ads specialist, you will be part of a team focused on creating campaigns that generate revenue. Your mission will be to build and optimize Google Ads empires across various platforms (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen) to drive business growth.

You will conduct in-depth keyword research, surgical targeting, and competitor analysis to create high-performing campaigns. Every decision will be data-driven, with a focus on maximizing profit margins.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will include campaign domination, precision targeting, data obsession, conversion alchemy, budget optimization, testing laboratory, and growth reporting.

To achieve these goals, you will need to have a proven track record of generating significant revenue through your campaigns. You will also need to be able to simplify complex strategies and transform them into intuitive profit machines.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work independently as an autonomous operator, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and strategic vision.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and have expertise in Google Analytics, tracking ecosystems, and A/B testing.
