Job Opportunity: Visa Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to handle visa documentation for various countries, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen Countries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process visa applications for multiple destinations with precision and compliance to respective regulations.
  • Verify documents and provide guidance on required documentation for successful visa applications.
  • Maintain liaison with embassy/consulate officials and external agencies to streamline visa processes.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding visa procedures, requirements, and application status.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws, visa policies, and new application procedures for different countries.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Visa Officer or similar role with focus on handling visa documentation for multiple countries.
  • In-depth knowledge of visa application processes, documentation requirements, and visa categories for diverse countries.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and document counseling.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple visa applications.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with a customer-centric approach to visa processing.
  • Familiarity with online submission systems and tracking software.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in visa processing and documentation.
