Job Title: Steel Structure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Steel Structure Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and expertise in steel structure modelling, generation of erection and shop drawings.

  • This position requires at least 3-8 years of experience in civil engineering with a solid understanding of structural drawings, reference models, and contractual documents.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent proficiency in Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and European Standards.
  • They must be able to work effectively on international projects with multiple disciplines, requiring strong analytical skills, FEM competence, and good communication.

The selected individual will be responsible for creating 3D steel models, preparing structural 2D Erection and Shop drawings, handling multiple projects, interpreting approval comments, design changes, and revisions into the project scope, and preparing RFI's related to projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop 3D steel models according to client specifications.
  • Create structural 2D Erection and Shop drawings.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in civil engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and European Standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PE or SE.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software.
