Job Title: Sr Analytics Manager

The company is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Sr Analyst to lead its data analysis efforts. As a Sr Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, developing predictive models, and implementing solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast business outcomes
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data analysis into business processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and implement best practices

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis and modeling
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms
  • Experience with Python and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch)
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers)
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
  • Proficiency in exposing solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks (FastAPI)
  • Experience with development tools (Git and version control)
  • Experience deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow) to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking
  • Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing, along with a sound understanding of visualization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field
  • Publication history in top-tier conferences and journals
  • Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies
