Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the successful outcome of assigned creative projects.
  • Serve as a prominent figure within the creative team, establishing and upholding creative standards.

  • Persuasively present creative concepts to clients in high-level presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Services Manager to ensure efficient allocation of creative resources.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in a senior design role within a media agency or similar environment, with a focus on corporate branding and packaging design.
  • Proven track record of leading successful corporate branding and packaging design projects, with a portfolio showcasing creative prowess.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and an adaptable mindset to accommodate evolving project requirements.
  • Have a keen attention to detail.
  • Initiative and contribution to ideas are valued.
  • Present confidently in high-level client meetings, presentations, and pitches.
  • Display curiosity and encourage it within the team.
  • Receive and provide feedback positively, while guiding junior team members.
  • Maintain a passion for learning new skills and encourage team members to do the same.
