Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Selenium, BDD Cucumber, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, Develop, and Maintain Automated Test Frameworks: Utilize Selenium WebDriver and BDD Cucumber to create robust automation frameworks.
  2. Write Clean, Scalable Test Scripts: Apply OOP principles while writing test scripts in JavaScript.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
  4. Perform Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing: Test payment applications involving Wires, SWIFT or SEPA payment schemes.
  5. Analyse Test Results: Identify defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
  • Proficiency in Selenium, BDD Cucumber, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts and their application in test automation.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and version control systems (e.g., Git Bitbucket).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, or similar.
