This role involves spearheading the design, execution, and management of a multifaceted marketing campaign that drives student leads through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and oversee multi-channel digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads platforms to generate student interest.
  • Event Planning & Execution): Organize promotional events, seminars, school outreach programs, and workshops to boost brand visibility and recognition.
  • Promotional Classes in Schools): Coordinate and execute school/college-level promotional classes and awareness drives for admissions purposes.
  • Lead Generation & Data Management): Establish and manage an efficient system for lead generation, tracking, nurturing, and reporting. Oversee data collection and tele-calling operations.
  • Counselor & Agent Network Development): Build, manage, and expand a strong network of admission counselors, education consultants, and agents across the region.
  • Branding & Outreach): Ensure consistent branding across all digital and offline campaigns, events, and local promotions.
  • Market Research & Strategy): Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys to design innovative student acquisition strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis): Present weekly/monthly reports on campaign ROI, admission funnels, and outreach impact to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, admissions, or education industry outreach, preferably within the aviation or education sector.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing tools, campaigns, and analytics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, teams, and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Target-driven with a growth-oriented mindset.
