Job Title: Jr. Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Jr. Accounting Specialist to join our team in Raipur. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing invoices, and processing payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial statements.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Process payroll, including calculating salaries, benefits, and taxes.
  • Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Provide support to senior accounting staff as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Experience with accounting software and tools, including Tally prime and ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
