Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the development and implementation of digital banking products across retail and corporate segments.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, Compliance, Operations, and third-party vendors/FinTechs to develop and roll out new digital solutions/products.
  • This role involves managing the BAU process pertaining to Digital platform products allocated, including Invoices, Agreements, SLA, etc. We expect the successful candidate to monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for innovation or process improvements in the Digital Platforms Division.
  • In this position, you will be responsible for preparing business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flows for new initiatives or enhancements.
  • You will manage the complete product life cycle through service providers, including migration, upgrades related to the Digital platform division.
  • This role requires measuring existing processes to identify areas for improvement. You will support the automation of internal banking processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • The successful candidate will conduct competitor benchmarking and stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
  • You will track project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.
  • This position involves supporting product training, documentation, and internal communication for smooth adoption.
  • As part of this role, you will analyze data and MIS to identify bottlenecks and support decision-making.
  • Lastly, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with RBI, NPCI, UIDAI, and other regulatory and statutory bodies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in banking, fintech or digital product management is required.
