Key Leadership Role in Global Infrastructure Delivery

The Director of Infrastructure Delivery will spearhead our global infrastructure design teams, pivotal to our transformation journey. This role requires an experienced and forward-thinking leader with deep technical knowledge of both legacy and emerging infrastructure platforms.

This individual will be responsible for delivering reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure services while modernizing operations to support product engineering, platform automation, Operational SRE and business agility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure leads, engineers, and service owners across global teams.
  • Drive alignment with global IT strategy focused on automation, scalability, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Represent infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums.
  • Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms.
  • Own and improve SLAs and KPIs regarding design, deployment, transition to manage, decommission, incident response, problem management, and change control processes.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams.
  • 5+ year experience working within a public cloud environment.
  • Must have a good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
