Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Professional

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with expertise in both Manual and Automation testing to join our organization in India. This role will be working on a new development project that will have a significant impact on the entire organization, collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for manual and automation testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, technical project managers/agile coaches, and developers, to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Determine acceptance criteria and drive dev teams to meet those standards.
  • Maintain and improve the overall quality of the software product.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of testing experience in both manual and automation environments.
  • Experience with functional, regression, UAT, exploratory, negative, database validation.
  • Expertise with Big Query, SQL, Java, and Selenium.
  • Ability to write test approaches and acceptance criteria in Gherkin.
  • Proficiency in implementing quality control and assessing its effectiveness.
