Application Security Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Application Security Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company in identifying and mitigating application security risks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and experience with various security tools and technologies.
They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additionally, the candidate should have a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with SAST, DAST, and SCA tools:
- Qualys, Rapid7, CodeQL, Checkmarx, Fortify, SonarQube, Dependabot, JFrog Xray
- Programming Language Proficiency:
- Java, Python, JavaScript, C#
- CI/CD Tools Familiarity:
- Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
- Cloud Security Exposure:
- AWS, Azure, GCP
