Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead

Overview of the Role:

This senior role is designed for experienced graphic designers who can execute at a high standard and guide others to do the same. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality creative assets, work on critical projects directly, and adapt designs for different platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design Execution (Core Focus)
    • Produce high-quality creative assets including social media graphics, PDFs, decks, campaign visuals, ads, and storyboards.
    • Work on critical, high-priority projects directly to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Adapt designs quickly for different platforms ensuring performance and usability.
  • Creative & Quality Oversight
    • Review all creative outputs for consistency, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Act as the quality gatekeeper to minimize revisions and ensure assets are client-ready before they reach project managers.
    • Provide clear, constructive feedback to the design team that raises the bar beyond
