Job Description:

A skilled Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician is required to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, chillers, furnaces, air handlers, and ventilation units.\
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.\
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and recommend effective solutions.\
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications.\
  • Adjust system controls to improve performance.\
  • Test and balance air and hydronic systems to meet performance standards.\
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records, documenting all work performed.\
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.\

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.\
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration cycles.\
  • Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment.\
  • Understanding of safety procedures and occupational health regulations.\
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.\
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and withstand varying weather conditions.\
