Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development of trading structures, including pricing and risk management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with traders to design and implement automated pricing models
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market and risk data to inform trading decisions
  • Work closely with operations functions to ensure seamless execution of trading processes
  • Develop in-depth understanding of trading structures and risk management strategies
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive business outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Python programming language
  • Great team player, with ability to work in high-pressure environments
  • Clear communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Finance, Economics or related field
